Well done, Kelly!

While I applaud your ideas and efforts, I fear they will not be enough... enough to save us, and by us I mean ALL living creatures, from the Anthropocene Extinction.

It took about 200,000 years for the human population to expand from essentially zero to 1 billion... two hundred thousand years. Then it took just another 200 years to add another 6 billion people (7 billion total). Today, there are 3 people on this planet for every person living on the planet on the day I was born in 1950.

During my time on this earth, our consumption of resources and production waste, including toxic waste, has exploded.

Putting it very simply, I believe we need to have far fewer humans on this planet AND we need to do much less. I also believe we, as a species, do not have the collective will power to restrain ourselves enough to keep this exceedingly rare ecosystem, Planet Earth, sustainable just for ourselves, to say nothing of the millions of other creatures whose rights we trample.

Sorry to be so pessimistic, but I gotta call it like I see it.
