Thankfully, I live in a region that is both more prosperous and less Trumpy than the area you describe. But there is still plenty of blind faith Trump lovers here. I even have one in my family. Some of them, like my relative, do lots of "research" to substantiate their beliefs... on Fox, Newsmax, and various "down the rabbit hole" websites. I ask my relative a simple question and I get a 40 page essay in reply. My relative is at least as disturbed about having Biden as President as I will be if Trump is reelected. Frankly, America is in the midst of the second American Civil War, and I fear it will turn to bloodshed in 2024... regardless of who wins.
