I won't go so far as to say you are "insane" as someone else said. Furthermore, I totally empathize with your anger and frustration. But I will offer this notion.

The only hope we have to counteract this bizarre Trumpist ideology, is to, a) do our best to hold our anger and frustration in check, b) try to respond, as best we can, with curiosity and companion.

If we respond with the same vitriol they give us, there is no hope for resolution, compromise, and most importantly, peace.
