I read an article by Momma Brown that I found very compelling. So compelling in fact, that I responded to every single statement Momma Brown made. The combination of Momma Brown’s original text and my responses was too big to post as a comment on Momma Brown’s article, so I am posting the whole thing here as an article. Each of Momma Brown’s statements is followed by my reply. Momma Brown’s text is shown as a quote.
I marched in Washington, D.C. in 1992 to voice concerns that Roe v. Wade would be overturned, but in 2016 I did not vote for Hillary Clinton.
I support the right of all women to control what happens with their own bodies. I did vote for Hillary.
I co-led the group Womyn’s Action Coalition (yes, with a Y) on the SUNY Geneseo campus during the 1990s, but I did not vote for Hillary Clinton.
I don’t know much about that… but I am guessing it is something I would support. I did vote for Hillary.
